cut-out trend.
The cut-out dress trend is one i love. unlike the maxi skirt trend, its not for everyone. its a look for the very bold, edgy and confident fashionistas. however risque this trend maybe, do not decide because of the cut outs, decide to skip out on wearing underwear, there is appropriate underwear for every out fit.
